300 Calories
Oven Baked Pork Chops (3oz)  127Cal/0Carbs/15g Protein
Steamed Green Cabbage  (1cup)  17Cal/4Carbs/1g Protein
Baked New Potatoes (173g) 154Cal/33.9Carbs/4g Protein

....Unlike my eating habits in the past if I were still hungry after this meal I would eat more meat as opposed to the cabbage which has the lowest calories but won't keep me full or the potatoes which are high carb.
